Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Harmony Haaven, we value your wellness journey and are committed to supporting you as far as possible. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking any of our services, which include sound healing, yoga therapy, and weekly retreats.
1. Service Cancellations

Cancellations will be accepted only if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or session.

For weekly retreats, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the start date. Requests after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
2. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled session or retreat and fail to cancel in advance as per the policy above, no refund will be issued.
3. Session Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule a session at least 12 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
4. Refund Eligibility

A full refund may be issued for cancellations made within the appropriate notice period.

In case of dissatisfaction due to service quality, please contact us within 48 hours of your session. Refunds in such cases will be assessed individually and approved at our discretion.
5. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, natural disasters, or other force majeure events that prevent us from delivering the service, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
