How It All Started
Ritu Pherwani is the Founder of Harmony Haaven and an experienced Corporate Wellness Consultant, Yoga Therapist, Sports Yoga Coach, and Sound & Frequency Therapy Practitioner with over a decade of hands-on experience
Ritu Profile.
Her journey began with a deep interest in understanding how the mind, body, and nervous system respond to stress especially in high-pressure environments such as corporate workplaces and athletic performance settings. Over the years, her work has evolved into a structured, results-oriented approach that integrates yoga therapy, sound therapy, and mindful movement.
